This is Vulgin. He's the former captain of the Xol and was kicked out due to being disloyal to Spiritrian. He was kicked out because he eventually went over to Airtron 49's side and gave him all of the info on what the Xol was planning to do and when to strike and when not to. He eventually left Airtron 49 and now is no where to be seen.
